We hope that you never have to cancel or return a product. However, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to any circumstances. Our easy cancellation/return and refund policy will provide you with an absolute hassle-free shopping experience.
Cancelling an order
Ordered can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. To cancel an order, view the order details and tap cancel. If the COD order has already been shipped, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier company. For prepaid orders, you can raise a return request and we will refund the amount after it is received in our center.
Return Policy
All return request must be received within 10 days of delivery.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you recieved it and in the original packaging.

- Please provide your order details and the reason for your return, so we can keep on improving.
- For receipt of damaged / defective items, or item not as described, please contact us within 24 hours for a free replacement/refund (Picture needs to be shared of damage product received).
- Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation and would assign a tracking #.
- If on our request you self-ship returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. Make sure to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Few items that are not eligible for returns- Disposable products, fridge magnets, occassional items, hygiene items.
Refunds
On receipt of goods by the vendor, we will inspect and arrange refund which would be initiated within 7 working days in the original payment method. For COD orders, refund would reflect in RailYatri Wallet with lifetime validity.
If customer send’s back product in damage condition or combo with, then RailYatri would not refund the amount and would not be responsible for courier.
Reward Points
- Applicable only for pre-paid orders.
- Point system may vary and may exclude certain range of merchandise.
- Offer valid for limited time period and till stock lasts.
- Points once used cannot be re-used.
- Used points will not be credited back on cancelling the order.
- RailYatri reserves the right to change, limit, modify or withdraw points on the products at its own discretion and without assigning any reason whatsoever. RailYatri will not be liable to entertain/accept any claim pertaining to such withdrawal.
- Reward points cannot be clubbed with RailYatri Cash, special/ corporate/ employee privileges.
