Zero Contact Delivery

Opt in for “Zero contact delivery” and our delivery boy will leave your order at your seat, ensuring minimum human contact and ensure your safety.

*Not applicable for COD orders

Mandatory Temperature
Screening

Temperatures of the delivery boy will be noted and shared with you prior the order is picked up. None with high temperature will be assigned to deliver an order.

Mandatory Handwash
and Masks

All delivery boys will wash their hands before picking up your order and will also wear masks during pickup, transit and delivery without fail.

Contact Monitoring

As recommended by Govt of India all delivery boys use Arogya Setu app for contact monitoring. This enables us to reassign delivery boys if they come in contact with a COVID-19 patient.

Safe Packaging

Double layer, tamper-proof packaging to ensure zero contamination and contact during transit. You can reject the food if the tamper-proof seal is broken.
