Truly said, destiny takes unexpected turns at unexpected moments. And something similar happened with Mahesh Arla.
A lecturer and an M.tech post-graduate, Mahesh always had a passion for getting into an industry where he could serve the society with happiness. After a lot of research and thought-process, he decided to get into restaurant services and serve people by offering them best and quality food.
Hence, Apple Lounge was started in 2014 as a multi-cuisine restaurant. Situated approximately 4 km from the railway station, the restaurant offers some out of the box flavours of Chicken Yoghurt, Mughlai Chicken and Vegetable Burrani. But one exclusive cuisine in its menu is Rambo Chicken Biryani for which even the people from nearby cities come and relish the flavours of this lip-smacking dish.
All kitchen preparations are managed by an 8-member team, well guided by its head chef, Mr Kishore Chandra Samal, who is an expert in preparing Chinese cuisines. It also organises food festivals from time to time such as the Pot Biryani Festival.
In a captivating and cosy ambience, the restaurant has a sitting capacity for 80 people. Much popular amongst the locals, it also won the accolade for the best restaurant in Tirupati by a famous travelling website.
With a separate 4-member delivery team, Apple Lounge is serving train travellers since July 2015. It makes sure to include quality packaging, on-time delivery and receives personal feedbacks from the train travellers.
स्वाद के शौकिन की स्वादिष्ट सर्विस
किसी ने सच ही कहा है कि जब इंसान अपने दिल की सुनता है तो कमाल करता है। तिरूपति के महेश अरला ने एम-टेक की पढ़ार्इ के बाद भले ही अपना करियर कॉलेज लेक्चरर के पेशे से शुरू किया था मगर उनका शौक, उनका मन हमेशा से खाने-खिलाने के काम में रमता था। साल 2014 में अपने इसी शौक को फुल टाइम जॉब में बदलने के लिए महेश ने 'एप्पल लउंज' रेस्टुरेंट की शुरूआत की। आज 'एप्पल लउंज' रेस्टुरेंट तिरूपति शहर का जाना-माना नाम है। रेस्टुरेंट के मेहमान शहर के निवासियों के अलावा प्रसिद्ध धार्मिक स्थल तिरूपति मंदिर आने वाले अनेक देसी-विदेशी मेहमान भी है।
बात अगर यहां की किचन टीम की करें तो सारी गतिविधियां वैसे तो महेश की देख-रेख में होती है मगर उनके अलावा यहां आठ लोगों की किचन टीम है जिसमें तीन मुख्य शेफ है। वहीं यहां के लाजवाब मल्टीक्वीजीन में वेज बिरयानी, चिकन योगट, मुगलार्इ चिकन और रेम्बो बिरयानि काफी पॉपुलर है। यहां की रेम्बो बिरयानि के स्वाद के दीवानों का तो ये आलम है कि तिरूपति के आस-पास के नगरों के लोग अक्सर इसका स्वाद लेने यहां आ जाते है।
फिलहाल रेस्टुरेंट ने अपने यहां खूबसूरत इंटीरियर के साथ 80 मेहमानों के बैठने का पर्याप्त इंतजाम कर रखा है। रेस्टुरेंट की दिलचस्पी फूड फेस्टिवल कराने में भी है पिछले दिनों यहां पूल बिरयानी फेस्टिवल आयोजित किया गया था।
जुलार्इ 2015 से अपने यहां के क्वालिटी फूड रेलयात्रियों तक पहुंचा रहा एप्पल लाउज तिरूपति रेलवे स्टेशन से मात्र 1.5 किलोमीटर दूर है। रेस्टुरेंट हर महीने 300 रेलवे आर्डर सफलतापूर्वक डिलेवर कर रहा है। अपने मेहमानों को बेहतर सेवा देने के लिए यहां डिलेवरी बॉय की टीम भी है वहीं मेहमानों से फिडबैक लेने एवं ट्रेन की लोकशन को ट्रैक करने के लिए रेस्टुरेंट जल्द ही अपने यहां एक सॉफ्टवेयर भी लगाने वाला है।
