Train Ticket Cancellation Policy (T&C)   👇

Customers can cancel e-tickets or file a TDR through the RailYatri platform. Refunds are processed to the original payment source.

Chart Preparation

Train charts are prepared 8 hours before departure (revised from 4 hours).

   • For trains departing between 05:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs, the first chart is prepared by 21:00 hrs on the previous day.

   • The final chart is prepared 30 minutes before departure.

   • Vacant berths remain available for booking until final chart preparation.

Fully waitlisted tickets are automatically cancelled by the Railways after chart preparation, and refunds are credited to the original payment source.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

   • Agent service fee

   • Payment gateway charges (charged by RailYatri)

   • IRCTC service charges

   • Free Cancellation service charges (if opted)

All cancellations and refunds are governed by Indian Railways rules, which are subject to change. RailYatri strives to reflect the latest updates but is not liable for unannounced changes.
