Terms and Conditions
- Parking charges, Airport Entry fees or any other form of Entry fees are NOT INCLUDED in the quotation and to be paid by the customer wherever applicable.
- Night Charge of Rs. 250 applicable if pickup/drop happens between ( 9 pm to 6 am)
- We can only assure you a category of vehicle. While we try to arrange for the model of car you request, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific model or configuration of vehicle.
- Once you exceed the km limit for your trip, you shall be charged as per extra kilometre fare.
- One day means one calendar day (12am midnight to 11.59pm next day).
- As per standard custom, AC is switched off in the cars in hilly areas for safety purposes.
- At pickup time, your cab will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. If requested to wait longer (provided the cab driver is able to wait) you will be responsible for waiting charges at the rate of Rs.200/hour.
- In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid to the driver once the journey is completed
- You may cancel your booking with us any time before your scheduled date and time of pickup. This may be done using the Mobile App by logging with your registered credentials or by calling us anytime on the 24x7 Customer Care Helpline +91 90518-77-000.
- However, you shall be liable to pay a Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) cancellation charge if your booking is canceled within 24 hours of pickup date and time.
- If for any reason your driver is late by 30mins or more to get to you then the cancellation charge will be waived in the event of a cancellation request made at your end.
- If you are not at the pickup location at the time of pickup or your driver cannot get in touch with you, our Rs.500/- cancellation fee will be applicable in the event of a cancellation by either party.
- In the event of cancellation of your booking, we shall be issuing a refund of the entire amount paid to us in advance less any applicable cancellation charges for the given booking.
- To request a refund, simply contact us with your booking details within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your Booking ID (sent to you via SMS and email after booking).
- Optionally, please tell us why you're requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our offering and quality of service.
- Refunds are usually processed within 21 days from the date of the request. Refunds are subject to Cancellation charges, if applicable (for details please refer to our Cancellation Policy above).
