Cancellation Policy

  1. You may cancel your booking with us any time before your scheduled date and time of pickup. This may be done using the Mobile App by logging with your registered credentials or by calling us anytime on the 24x7 Customer Care Helpline +91 90518-77-000.
  2. However, you shall be liable to pay a Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) cancellation charge if your booking is canceled within 24 hours of pickup date and time.
  3. If for any reason your driver is late by 30mins or more to get to you then the cancellation charge will be waived in the event of a cancellation request made at your end.
  4. If you are not at the pickup location at the time of pickup or your driver cannot get in touch with you, our Rs.500/- cancellation fee will be applicable in the event of a cancellation by either party.

Refund Policy

  1. In the event of cancellation of your booking, we shall be issuing a refund of the entire amount paid to us in advance less any applicable cancellation charges for the given booking.
  2. To request a refund, simply contact us with your booking details within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your Booking ID (sent to you via SMS and email after booking).
  3. Optionally, please tell us why you're requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our offering and quality of service.
  4. Refunds are usually processed within 21 days from the date of the request. Refunds are subject to Cancellation charges, if applicable (for details please refer to our Cancellation Policy above).
